Featured: an outdoor sporting event
Together with the Lemsteraken Sensatie we organize a special program for larger groups: a Lemsteraken Regatta from Muiden. An active and emissions-free program combining team building with networking and socializing. The group will be divided into teams that, each from their “own ship,” will battle each other. In this way, everyone can be initiated into the world of competitive sailing. Sailing experience is not necessary as there is an experienced crew on board. And that networking and conviviality? That happens after the race, of course, when we get together for the strong stories, the awards ceremony and the communal drinks (or bbq).

About glossy ships and coatings
Every winter we tackle the maintenance of our ships in a big way. This time quite rigorously: for the past 4 months we have put our lemsteraak Grote Jager inside, high and dry at the shipyard in Zaandam. Really everything was tackled; new plumbing, an overhaul of the propeller and the interior and exterior were painted. All the woodwork has now been varnished 10 times. That is almost finished now. Then the salon boats follow, going up the ramp one by one. They are pampered with several greasy shiny coats of paint and checked from bottom to top. This gives us the guarantee of a season of trouble-free sailing. Don’t worry, we plan it so that there are always salon boats available for your cruise.
