Take a completely different approach to a dinner party with relations. Instead of a restaurant, welcome your guests on one of our stylish salon boats. And also invite a chef cook, who will create the most delicious dishes for you on the spot. Bon voyage et bon appétit!
Our long-standing partnership with Amsterdam’s top restaurant Van de Kaart has resulted in a unique concept: live cooking on board. During a cruise on the Vecht River, a top chef will come and cook for you. On one of our three large salon boats, Belle van Zuylen, Dame van Amstel or Adeline, he will prepare a complete 3-course dinner for you. Straight from the kitchen to the table, delicious and exclusive.
The chef is delighted to serve you one of his favourite dishes, such as salmon marinated in liquorice and basil with crab salad, soy-yuzu vinaigrette and cream of peas, or grilled Black Angus steak.

Do you have any special culinary requirements for your live cooking on board? Would you like a dinner with a theme, or oriented to a particular cuisine? With our chef cook, you can go either way. He is happy to put his imagination and craftsmanship to work for you.

The package Live cooking on board lasts approximately 4 hours and is possible for groups of 25 people or more. Want to cruise and dine with a smaller group? Please contact us for the price per person.
