Our sailing ship Lemsteraak Simmer has her berth on the Herengracht, off number 43 in Muiden. Within short walking distance you will find two spacious, free parking lots. Parking on the Herengracht itself is not possible, but you can stop there briefly to load and unload.

From both parking lots, simply follow the walking route towards “Ferry Pampus”. The Simmer is located in close proximity to this ferry service.

Reception by the crew with coffee or tea and homemade treats. The skipper welcomes you and briefly tells you about the ship and the day ahead.
The ropes are untied and your sailing trip begins. Along the way, you will sail past the Muiderslot and the Royal Marina of Muiden.
The sails are hoisted. Those who like it can help the skipper hoist the sails, steer and navigate.
A delicious culinary lunch of your choice will be served in the cockpit.
If there is enough wind, it is possible to stop in Marken or Volendam for a walk on ‘De Dijk’. With less wind, you can visit Fort Island Pampus (part of the ‘Stelling van Amsterdam’).
Snacks and drinks from the bar are served on deck.
End of a wonderful sailing day. You will return to the port of Muiden.
