The total cost of a funeral boat<\/a> is charged either per boat or per person. Ask about the conditions for renting one or more funeral boats<\/a> from our customer service department<\/a>.<\/p>\n

One question we get asked is who ends up paying for the funeral. Is the bill intended for the next of kin or does the insurance company pay for the funeral boat?<\/p>\n

The answer to this is as follows: if you have money available from your funeral insurance then you are within your rights to request and spend this money for whatever funeral purpose you wish. So you can easily withdraw the money and pay the shipping company of your choice for the funeral.<\/p>\n

You are not required to purchase your funeral through your own insurance. You may choose your own funeral home at any time and do what you want with the money.<\/p>\n

We have hosted several funerals on our salon boats<\/a> and, in consultation with the funeral director, ensure that everything is in place for a special farewell for your loved one.<\/p>\n

Of course, we also provide catering for your funeral. We have ample experience in providing beverage and food services and will put together a beautiful customized package for you.<\/p>\n

If you are only interested in an ash scattering on the water, that is also possible. This is also covered by your insurance. Please contact our customer service department<\/a> about this.<\/p>\n
